Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app. This will permanently remove your profile, workout history, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
You can suggest corrections or submit new parks directly through the app. Navigate to the park and use the report option, or submit a new park through the map screen. Alternatively, email us the details.
Make sure location services are enabled for Kaliero in your device settings. You need to be within range of the park to check in. If the problem persists, try restarting the app.
Go to Settings > Privacy in the app. You can set your profile to private, control who sees your sessions, and manage notification preferences.
Yes! Kaliero is completely free. All core features including park discovery, check-ins, session tracking, and social features are available at no cost.
